Hotel vicino a Upper Hot Springs - Banff

La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“Right in the middle of town. Plenty of near by options to eat Easy parking. Helpful staff and excellent coffee. Will stay again.”

“Room and property was maintained. Couple things that would have been nice: either microwave in the rooms or shared lounge area. Wished there was more sound proofing in the walls. We were in the first floor and could hear TV the next door neighbor. We could hear upstairs neighbors walking and kids running and stomping. This was not pleasant and probably deterred us from returning.”

“Parking was additional cost at sixty cdn per making it way too expensive. TV had wifi apps only and no other channels. All else was good.”

“The from was recently redone, nice however upon checking in after 230 pm, the desk clerk said “ I am going to upgrade you to a larger room so you don’t have to wait for your room to be done” OK, funny since it was pretty late afternoon and the hotel wasn’t even 50percent full, got to the very nice room. 1st floor in a back corner and street level with our view of the passerby’s not 20 feet from our windows. A bit uncomfortable to me as anyone looking our way could easily see in. Curtains closed...

“The Moxy is a very unique property and may not be for everyone, but these two ‘Boomers’ really enjoyed it. The queen double room is well thought out, spacious and comfortable. The staff was terrific! Ohla spent a lot of time getting us acclimated and answered our many questions about the hotel and Banff. “Overall a pleasant stay. There was construction across from the hotel but it wasn't bothersome when inside. The rooms has thin walls though causing us to hear people talking. Location is close to the Bow River and Banff Canoe Docks. Short walk to Banff Ave. The pool and hot tub is located in the sister hotel, Banff Park Lodge which is right next door, but not the same building so you have to go outside. Fridge in room but microwave is in the common area. There is a coffee and tea station but...

“The views of the National Park are incredible. The proximity to the near by bus station made it very easy to travel around Banff.”

“Towels were not provided, which made it impossible to shower during my stay. A 4pm check-in is also not reasonable given the cost structure. This is not a nightly rate—you are effectively paying hourly. I checked in at 4pm as required and left at 5am, resulting in a 13-hour stay that did not reflect the price paid. In my view, the latest check-in should be 2pm, and basic amenities such as towels should be provided as a standard requirement anywhere in the world.”
