“Clean comfortable rooms that were well put together! Had univeral outlets. Had good breakfast buffet, great friendly staff and a nice pool area and gym. It was great being right adjacent to a mall area with a grocery store and other dining options. Laundry was expensive is my only negative comment. ”

“Very nice hotel with good facilities, rooms were spacious and the garden terrace is excellent Only negative is the poor/basic automatic machine coffee at breakfast, suprised there is no option to get a “real quality” coffee And why is it 18$ to play tennis….? Plus more to rent a racket (this should be free for hotel guests paying for services) Overall a nice hotel in a central location ”

“La struttura pur non decentrata non è esattamente in una zona comoda. Non v'è alcun appunto da muovere se non l'estrema cortesia e attenzione da parte di ognuno dei dipendenti. Ho trovato il portare un po' di frutta, un gesto semplice ma squisito. Unico appunto è l'estrema rumorosità dell'impianto di condizionamento.”

“Excellent service and communication from front desk. Room was only to be clean once in a week, but they came by twice! Comfortable bed, cozy room with the necessities to cook, microwave and refrigerate. Standing shower, but be sure to click on the water heater, as it can be turned on and off. A/C is perfect temperature. Could use a paint job and nicer floor tiles to enhance the cleanliness of the room. But nonetheless, the hotel is clean and comfortable. There is no lift/elevator. “The shower was too hot or freezing. I asked to check it and solve the problem but nothing changed. Moreover, while waiting the room the stuff was unkind with us. The room was not ready for the check in time so we just asked them to call us or send us a mail as soon as the room was ready and they answered that it was up to us to get in touch with them to have news because the hotel hosts a lot of people and they can't call everyone.”
