“Great staff and service throughout the stay. The location was very convenient and the hotel was generally quiet, allowing for good rest at night. Breakfast was definitely the highlight, with a wide variety and very good quality. The only downside was the room: it felt a bit dark and the bathroom tended to flood while taking a shower. “This has been the worst experience during my stay with hotels booked by Expedia. Elevators not working, ice machines broken, tv picture setting was dull, when I asked front desk to please fix, i was told there was no maintenance crew available. I requested room cleaning service.
