“The room was very clean and comfortable and check-in was very easy. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety including hot and cold items. We had an accessible room which was nice. The only issue was the shower head was positioned so that you had to hold it or it sprayed water out onto the floor. It would have been nice to have a holder that pointed the head toward the floor. “Hotel is in a great location near the Country Club Plaza and all it offers. The only negative is that it could use a facelift, carpet, paint and other updates. Nevertheless, front desk, bar in lounge and restaurants are all quite good. I would definitely stay there again.”
