Location incredibile, vista stupenda. Camera davvero bella. I servizi, però, sono davvero pessimi. Colazione inaccettabile, nemmeno in un tre stelle è così poco fornita e di qualità scadente (le brioches sono addirittura confezionate, come negli ostelli). È un cinque stelle, ma non sistemano la camera nel corso della giornata, come previsto dalla categoria.

The only "negative point" was the restaurant. Not at the same level of the hotel and they also did not speak good english.

Magnifico cave hotel
L'hotel dal punto d vista architettonico è magnifico, una ristrutturazione impeccabile delle antiche abitazioni. Si trova ai margini delle località turistiche e quindi è sempre necessario un trasporto per raggiungerle. Il panorama purtroppo non è bello quanto la struttura. Personale della reception e guide molto preparati e disponibili. Ristorazione carente per una struttura di questo livello così come il personale di servizio a parte il maître. Nell'insieme un luogo di soggiorno gradevole

Ay the beginning they didn’t give us an upgrade, after a day staying in that amazing hotel, they did give us an upgrade to a bigger, better suits. Staff were always available, very friendly. Amazing breakfast! Highly recommended!!! They made our stay fantastic!! I have only words of gratitude and will recommend the hotel to everyone!! Thank you for everything!!

This place is a once in a lifetime experience. What an amazing place start to finish. We were there in December so it was cool, which made the fireplaces nicer. The pool went unused but we loved our room and the restaurants. The tasting dinner was amazing with local food. The hotel room was so awesome and so comfortable. What a delight!

Kayakapi is a beautiful and serene place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to people who want time away from the bustling towns/cities. Walking from Urgup to the hotel would require at least 15 minutes of 'climbing' uphill so be mindful if you are travelling on foot.

So special despite the rain!
It was amazing. It rained a lot of the time - but I didn’t mind. The room was so comfortable and the hotel services and facilities were great! The gym and the sauna were great- however only available in the evening - but that’s ok… the hamam also looked wonderful though I didn’t try - I chatted with the staff who seemed to take alot of pride in their work. The restaurant was also great! Breakfast was huge! Also the dinner menu was creative and delicious. The location was also good - away from the crowds and still in the caves - the property was beautifully kept and the views were special. It was difficult to leave!

Nous avons choisi cet hotel pour son emplacement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et idéals pour les familles. Le service, la nourriture et la piscine sont top. Je recommande sans hésiter.
