“Pathetic way to handle customers. Amusement and Water park charges, way of handling customers and hospitality expecially at the reception was pathetic. Untrained recption staff, unconventional resaoning and overpriced speciall for kids. Need loads of improvements. ”

“Property was clean, well maintained. Service was good. Only area of improvement is food - the breakfast could have been better, not just the variety but even the taste was just average.”

“It’s was below average as we have to call for each every service which should be presented in the room like tv remote dental kit and other things as well”

“Better than other hotels but overall not happy. The rooms elevator everything in the hotel was dirty not a single thing I can say was clean. The staff all were so lost lack of communication between each other and telling us all different things. Would advise a different stay unless a last ditch effort. ”

“It was a very nice stay . Rooms were clean , it’s a new building, very well maintained. Breakfast was good with good Indian options . Hotel is connected to Elan Miracle mall . ”

“The room was not clean and I had bugs all over the place. The bathroom towels were smelly and dirty, and it seemed they had kept used towels as they appeared dirty. Parking is on the roadside with stray dogs roaming around. That was on scary ordeal. I was assigned the room on the third floor which was right next to the pickle ball court, on Sunday 9 AM I could barely sleep. Same with lifts they were not clean. Cleanliness is Basic regardless of what hotel it is - which this hotel fails...

“Got a room that was senior friendly. The shower was broken and found out while taking shower. Water splayed all over the bathroom. ”
