“Microwave was not working Lots of people were partying and smashing doors during the night, not soundproof!!! Terrible night Great AC Breakfast was ok, I love the waffle Coffee is horrible Cleaning of the tables was made in front of me and she did not use any cleaning products, juste the same wet shrug used all over the place. Probably spreading more germs than cleaning Very big parking Quiet spot”

“There was a large convention staying on the property and I couldn’t hear a sound from inside the room. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again! Everything was clean and bright, there was an iron, refrigerator, the pillows were sooo comfortable. I was able to park right outside the room, there were veni g machines and ice nearby. I didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast but it sounded good—maybe next time!”

“Our room was somewhat updated, but the bathroom mirror needed to be replaced. When our room was cleaned the garbage pails were not emptied.”

“The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on.”

“The property was great for what I needed it for: a cheap place close to the Herkimer Diamond Mine (about 10 minutes). It is dated, but you expect that with the price. The worst part was the AC did not work super great, although not bad enough to tell someone. It was very clean, and staff was friendly, although they did seem annoyed with how late we showed. Love the little kitchen nook but wish it had a coffee maker.”
