Hotel in zona Utod, Nasugbu

“The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

“The food was optional, but cheap. The staff couldn't be more helpful, I originally booked a standard room, however, got a free upgrade to deluxe viewing the beach.”

“Great place to stay for a quick getaway from Manila. Property has all kinds of amenities from swimming pool, bowling alley, basketball courts etc to keep you busy. Keep in mind there are fees to use them if your only renting the place for awhile and you're not an owner. But fees are reasonable. Staff are friendly and eager to help. Nice restaurant on the 4th floor with reasonable prices and tastes good.Overall i would come back again.”

“Cleanliness, quite location. Hotel personnel were very nice and quick to ack. Hotel didnt have our reservation so we didnt get the room expected until the following day. However, they did provide rooms (single) the first night. No discount was offered. One other negative, the 2nd common bathroom didnt have hot water.”
