“Beautiful resort in a stunning environment, a few meters from the beach. Staff is exquisite, we had an amazing staying. Excellent variety of food for breakfast, brunch and lunch; Miri restaurant doesn't offer the same wide choices for dinner, but maybe it was due to the fact that it was low season and there were not many guests. Only 2 remarks: wine is ridiculously overpriced as well as the pick up/drop off to the airport. Beside this, St. Regis is always an excellent choice and we would love to...

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”
