⭐Peace & Quiet under the Oaks, al fiume

La casa è circondata da alberi di quercia e noci pecan con una piccola terrazza che conduce a un patio roccioso.

Abbiamo un pozzo del fuoco e una griglia all'aperto.

700 Mq di spazio abitabile, 1 letto queen-size, 1 doppia e 2 divani pieghevoli. Cucina completamente attrezzata, cucina elettrica a quattro fuochi con forno, microonde, frigorifero, tostapane, frullatore, pentole e padelle, posate, piatti e bicchieri .... Completamente attrezzato!

Il cottage ha A / C e riscaldamento e un accogliente stufa a legna. (porta il tuo legno), ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza. Anche il bagno è completamente attrezzato. Forniamo lenzuola e asciugamani.

A pochi passi dal fiume cristallino. Pesca, nuoto e guado per i più piccoli. È comune trovare fossili durante l'esplorazione lungo e nel fiume. Meravigliose escursioni e gite in bicicletta in tutto il ranch.

La cabina è REMOTE. Siamo a 35 miglia da un negozio di alimentari, a 18 miglia da benzina e cibi pronti. Porta tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno. Riempi il tuo serbatoio di gas a Uvalde, Leakey o Sabinal.

Di notte le stelle sono come milioni di diamanti nel cielo. Vieni a goderti le stelle. So che lo farai! Possibilità di guardare colibrì e farfalle!

Good afternoon, My trip had to be canceled due to two members of my party becoming ill the night before we were scheduled to leave. On Thursday night, 07/14, I sent a reschedule request to the host, but have not heard back from him. In fact, I have reached out to the host at least three times from the time I booked the reservation and have never received a response to any of my messages. Is it common practice for hosts to ignore guests who spend their hard earned money on their properties? I would just like to know if my reschedule request was accepted or not, please. Thank you! Was disappointment there was no water to be found there, you had to drive 45 minutes to Garner state park. The place was dirty and some of the Appliances didn’t work

Only an hour and a half away from my home but the peaceful getaway we were looking for. Cabin was actually bigger than I expected. Dale was good about responding to any questions I had. We plan on getting back there again!

Perfect family fun in paradise

My granddaughter and my two 18 year old granddaughters came for our annual trip to Garner area and as usual had the time of our lives! The property was like a second home to us in no time at all! Everything we needed to be comfortable was made available to us and the view across the riverbed to the mountains was second to none. Peaceful, playful, get away! We loved it!

Me and The Grands

We absolutely loved the house, the surroundings, the river in the back, the park on the property. Everything that we didn't bring us was in the house. We all needed a nice, quiet and active vacation. Really, really happy with the whole experience!

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the cabin is in a good location with easy access to water. We loved watching the deer. hummingbirds, and butterflies from the deck.

Awesome secluded house

We stayed at an awesome secluded cabin on 1 mile of the river. The water was not too deep. It came up to my waist in deepest part. Great place to take your little ones. I enjoyed the water as well. Plenty to swim in. And there is literally no one out there while you walk down to the path to the river. Perfect get away for a family with younger children. Will be back for sure!!!

First night we had fire flys and it was majic. The house was well equipped and the AC blew cold. We were told there would be charcoal for the BBQ and we bought lots of food to grill but there was none. We enjoyed our stay it was wonderful

Fabulous Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed the property. It was wonderful to just get away from everything and unwind. It was beautiful and homey. Within walking distance to shallow river. Perfect set up for a hammock.

Wonderful spring break

We had a blast exploring the dry frio river daily. The cabin is on the river bed and easy access to the river. Beautiful views of the sunset fading behind the hills. Dale was very helpful and communicated excellent. House was just perfect for our family of five and spending a week disconnected did wonders for our family !!!

Beautiful ranch

Wonderful location and quaint cozy cabin. A beautiful spot under the oaks near the river. Deer come each evening to graze. Quiet and even tho there are cabins next door, we had the place to ourselves in the quiet of winter. Blanca set out loungers so we could view the stars. Thanks Blanca! We adored your miniature horses too!

Peaceful, Beautiful God's Country...

It is a great place to rent to get away from busy life. No TV, no wifi in the house but we enjoyed that. Just time to talk, relax, laugh and eat. Looking forward to another visit.
