Hotel a Uyumbicho

“Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind.”

Delicious food served graciously. As they say, the road is very rough getting there but it was no problem for our driver. Hiked around the area and sat by the huge fireplace. We loved it!!”

“The hotel was lovely! The grounds are beautiful, with fruit trees and flowers. There is a nice area around the hot tub to sit and relax and two swings if you have children. The breakfast was very nice; fresh fruit bowl, freshly made juice, scrambled eggs and toast with butter and jam. The coffee and hot water for tea are on all day. “The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. “Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. “we needed something for the night close to the airport, we had stayed before at the Hostal Mariscal Sugre.. and found the beds. They’re horrible… so we thought we would try somewhere close and cheap…. The beds were better, the breakfast was not too bad., we had to walk a little bit to get dinner.. but it was a Shawarma place and it was actually very good… staff was pretty good but there’s a highway just behind the hotel so you will get over some light highway sound. We just put in some earplugs...
