“Dirty, rusty bath tub. Smelled like cigarettes smoke. Noisy outdoors there was a person “talking/yellimg” on her phone in front of our door. 3:00 A.M. felt very uncomfortable ”

“The stay itself was nice. Some of the clients of the hotel seemed sketchy. I was approached in the hallway and solicited. So that wasn't pleasant. My boyfriend reported it to the feont desk after I left. I am not sure if anything was done about it.”

“Appena arrivati l'impatto non è stato dei migliori, sembra all'esterno una catapecchia cadente, ma spesso l'apparenza inganna.....infatti ci aspetta di molto peggio !!!! Abbiamo chiesto una camera per non fumatori, e ci troviamo un odore nauseante di fumo, le lenzuola bruciate dalle sigarette e sporche di capelli !!!! La moquette piena di polvere, insomma un incubo. Come se non bastasse il livello della clientela molto basso, si sentono rumori e schiamazzi a tutte le ore. PESSIMO MOTEL”

“Abbiamo scelto questo hotel come base di appoggio nel tragitto da Provincetown a New York, per fermarsi alla sera a Mystic. La scelta non è stata delle più felici. la struttura è sicuramente datata o quantomento trascurata. Il bagno piuttosto vecchiotto, i letti sono molli, la moquette non ha un bell'aspetto. Il distributore delle bibite e acqua al piano non funzionava. Alla mattina avevamo la colazione compresa: qualità scarsa e poca scelta. Ananas a pezzetti quasi immangiabile. meno male che...

“They cancelled my reservation and while they offered to rebook at a Hyatt for us I had to mar at least three phone calls to finally receive my rebooking reservation! I am extremely upset because I chose the hotel specifically for its location and I booked back in October of 2025! Then they cancel the two days before I am to arrive’ seriously! The lame excuse was technical issues which allowed for overbooking! I booked in October! Why did I get moved and then the other hotel was another half...

“The hotel is basic and renovation work was ongoing when we stayed at the hotel. The rooms are clean and large. The airco is working and make some noise. The breakfast was 'included' but not available. They offered some coffee at the end.”

“They tried hard. The heating system was working but noisy. The shower was fine, but you couldn’t take a bath.”

“Comfortable bed, coffee in the morning. However if you like your hotel brand new and fancy, not your place to be. This place is cheap, greatly located (restaurants, olde village). Our stay was comfortable. ”

“We registered a room for 4 people. When we walked in. There was 2 towels and one roll of toilet paper. As for staff, the only staff we saw was when we checked in and checked out. There was stuff under the bed from the previous people and on the top shelf in the closet, we actually arrived a couple hours after check in time and the previous person was just getting the rest of their stuff out of our room. I have traveled for competitive cheer for 3 years. And this is one of the worst rooms if not...
