“The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared..”

“This facility was horrible do not stay here! Sheets were NOT clean smelled like old man. When we requested new sheets she brought us one set for a double room and then left when she should have at least helped to change the sheets. Additionally when we changed the sheets we had to remove the mattress cover because there was a blood stain on the mattress cover. We had very little confidence anything had been washed or cleaned. We ended up using our own blankets to cover up while we slept....

“Positive reviews on Expedia will make you question the validity and trustworthiness of reviews. This place was labeled as "family friendly" and it is right next to an adult lingerie shop complete with the homeless encampment on the side. There is a huge billboard out front (not the hotel's billboard) advertising an adult sex toy shop in the area. The area looks sketchy. You would be better to go 2 miles down the road. The room was dated, the mini fridge DID NOT work. I told the guy at the front...

“We stayed here for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. Rom was clean, service was great. Lobby well maintained and new looking furniture, high top sitting area with charging plugs. Quick drive to everything, Buc-ees right across the highway, restaurants, etc. Not really walkable to anything, as you're on a very busy access road with a field in between you and everything else. “Room was clean. But bed wasn’t comfortable. It’s pretty firm. Typical hotel breakfast, waffles, B&G, bacon, scrambled eggs. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Sheets smelled good and clean. Shower head is okay, pressure wasn’t bad it’s just really tall so if you’re short like 5’3 you can’t reach it to change the pressure. Overall good experience”

“I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton in Amarillo. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-lit, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The location is excellent—just a short drive to Bucces, restaurants, and other attractions. There are also several dining options nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Amarillo.”
