Huge Multi-Level Home with Hot Tub, Separate Studio Apartment & Vail Views
- Take in sweeping views of Vail Mountain from this spacious multi-level five-bed/five-and-a-half-bath home. Fire up the barbecue on the deck, then hop in the private hot tub for an after-dinner soak. Inside, vaulted ceilings, elegant finishes, and two gas fireplaces (including one in the master suite) add to the warm ambience of your luxury chalet. With a generous 3,350 square-foot floor plan and multiple living spaces - including a separate lower-level studio - this rental is perfect for groups of 12 or less. The home's prime location puts you just across from the shuttle stop, only a short ride to Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek.
The inviting living room offers leather sofas and a plush armchair. Gather in front of the fireplace and sip hot cocoa while watching a movie on the 42” TV. The spacious kitchen is open to the living area and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a wine fridge. The chef in your group will appreciate the high-end appliances - including a Viking gas range. Gather for meals at the eight-person dining table or at the island that seats three. In the morning, an espresso machine is on hand to help get your day started.
Make a light meal in the kitchenette and gather at the table in the separate lower-level studio apartment. Relax on the sofa and and watch shows on the 32” TV. An adjacent bath has a tub/shower combination. The bedroom features a full-size bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.
The main-floor primary bedroom boasts a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and a double-sided gas fireplace (which also faces into the bathroom). An en suite bath has a double vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Enjoy the gas fireplace as you soak in the tub.
The nearby guest bedroom has a full-size bed and a door to the half bathroom (also accessible from the hall.) On the top floor, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and an en suite bath with a tub/shower combination, and another with a king bed and an en suite bath with a walk-in shower.

Great Family Vacation
Booked for 10 people over Thanksgiving. Place had amazing views, was conviently located and well kept. Hot tub and pool table were great additions. We would love to book again.

Nice place
It’s a nice place to stay at, it is a beautiful home, we gave it a four star only because it’s tight getting into the garage and the rafters in the home could use a good vacuuming. The Manager of the place is quick to respond which for me that is a huge plus we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous ski lodge!!
We absolutely love this spacious house just a short 1.5 miles from the slopes. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone. Lots of places to park - a rarity in vail. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Ski Trip House
Our 9 person group fit perfectly in this property! The house has great sleeping arrangements and a great layout for spending time together in the living room/kitchen area. Would recommend!

House was great. We had one issue.
House was exactly as advertised and location is fantastic. Easy to get to everything in Vail Valley in minutes. Our only issue was that we were traveling in from out of town and shipped some items for our toddler to the house but did not realize that the mailbox is not at the house and we were not able to get them from Vacasa or the owner. We were told to contract Amazon when the issue was that they were locked in the home's delivery box. DO NOT ORDER anything to meet you on your visit to this home. You will not be able to get it.

Great Location, Beautiful Place--Just Don't Look Too Closely
The location of this place is great, close to Vail Village and easy to use the public transportation system. At first glance, the house is huge and beautiful. Our first impression was that it was clean and perfect for our group of 8. However, as we started to use items, cook in the kitchen, and hang out in the house, we quickly realized how outdated, worn-in, dirty, and cheap the place seemed. This was not an inexpensive place, but it felt like it. If you plan to cook, you spend hours cleaning everything, appliances are disgusting/moldy or broken. We understand that this is a rental place, but the owners or management company took shortcuts with the upkeep the house. The washer was full of mold and took hours to clean. Shower curtains were moldy and looked like they were never washed or changes. If you want to work or just check emails, you better have unlimited data because the wifi was a huge issue. It only works in one place and if too many people are on it, you will be kicked off. We contacted the property management and they were quick to respond, but slow to fix anything. They did make a few things right. but the hassle of this wasn't worth money that we paid.

Perfect in all way
This house was very convenient to the shuttle and slopes. The set up was perfect for out two families with grown kids. Pool table chef’s kitchen, extra beverage refrigerator , heated floors and hot tub put it on the top rental we’ve stayed if yet!!!

Overall very happy
Communication with the management office was amazing. I had email responses in the matter of minutes. I did have to call twice because the door code was wrong/didn’t work, but I was never put on hold and the service was efficient and friendly. The place was just as described and the location was amazing. It was a short 5 minute bus ride to Vail village center. I would be happy to stay again and will recommend to friends.

Nice Property for a Family Stay
We found this property to be well located and very comfortable. I would rate it as good overall. A couple of improvements - new great room furniture and a good carpet shampoo - would bump the rating to great. I did not pick up on it in the pics prior to reserving, but the leather sofa has a couple of rips and the cushions are just worn out. The layout of the house was perfect for our stay with the kitchen serving its purpose with plenty of space to gather. Very nice feature’s throughout the house.

Great Stay in Vail but title is misleading

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The house is conveniently located and has room for at least 2 cars. It has a nice hot tub and 5 bedrooms with 5 baths. The kitchen is large but the refrig was marginal with the icemaker not working and the food marginally cold. The rooms are hot in the summer. There is no separate apartment. Not sure why that is in the title. Pretty good stock of things like spices, coffee filters, laundry detergents, etc.

Our pros and cons
This property is beautiful and in a prime location!
Pros - plenty of space/sleeping rooms, beautiful deck, hot tub, overall the property was wonderful.
Cons - dishes were quite old and not very clean and we had to wash everything before we could use them, the griddle had a note saying it was broken from the previous guest, kitchen towels had holes, food left open in cabinets, the fridge did not hold temp the second night (50 degrees and then dropped back to 40 degrees by the morning), bedding on the beds are old and dingy, carpet stains, hardly any towels for showering (we had to go buy our own), photos of the deck do not match up with the website. We brought our own chairs because the listing shows the deck as empty only to find about 8-10 chairs on the patio.

Thank you so much for helping us with our Vail vacation. The house is even better than in the pictures 🤩. Great location, 2 minutes from a supermarket and 6 minutes from the village center. Next time we arrive, we will definitely stop here.

Great location but subpar
The size and location of home were great! Accommodated 12 people comfortably.
The quality of the interior decorations and the furnishings were quite lacking.
The furnishings were worn, uneven legged stools, very disorganized kitchen items and dirty dishes and utensils, lack of good quality pots and pans and other cooking items. I had to wash many of the kitchen items before I could use them because they were dirty- greasy.
Asked regarding supposed shuttle bus stop across the street from the house and did not get a straight answer. Finally I was sent some info on bus schedule which was no more helpful than what I found online. I ended up driving to the Lionshead village parking and paid to park. This was a sore point because I rented this property because it was in the shuttle bus route.
Overall it wasn’t the most spectacular experience.

Great location, great property
Perfect for our group of 9. Ages ranged from 11-69. Plenty of room to enjoy being together, as well as spread out for individual time. Only surprise was one less futon bed, that showed in pictures, as one had been removed and replaced by a pool table - which was great. Tub and showers could use a little bit of maintenance. Easy access to the villages. Would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent home
This house was outstanding! Plenty of room for our group of 6. The hot tub was a dream, the beds were comfy and the house was very clean. We didn’t know until we arrived but it even has a pool table that the men loved! The location is also great! I would 100% book this house again if we come back to Vail.
