Hotel vicino a Vaishnavite Temple - Chennai

“I had booked a standard room for a total invoice approx 2250/-assuming to be Aircondition facility. After reaching the property I understood it's non AC. I had to pay extra for upgrading. The property web site is offering at competitive rates but booking through Expedia, I understood Expedia is taking lions commission. ”

“This is just some run down apartment not a regular hotel managed by novice”

“宿泊するのは2回目。大好きなホテル。また絶対に泊まる”

“Hotel come struttura superbo, la camera era un pò modesta nell’arredamento. Comunque tutto funzionava e il servizio è stato ottimo.”

“Room very comfortable. Loved the bed, incredible sheets. The spa is amazing and I had the best massage of my life. Gym is quite good too. I got frustrated at the main restaurant a couple of times. When ordering à la cart, the food took long and they did not have many drinks I ordered from the menu. Overall I do recommend the hotel”

“Staff are good, Location is challenging until Metro line is completed. Room needed maintenance. Limited nearby options for food.”

“Had booked for 3 people . Towels , soap etc only provided for 2 . They did provide upon asking but after an hour or so .Hotel was fully booked so that might have been a one time thing.Breakfast coffee had something floating in it. Lots of flies in the breakfast area . Rainy season have to be careful since road was partly flooded . But that seems to be an area problem even main road had pockets of flooding .positives staff are friendly and attentive . ”

“Well the front desk was helpful but it can’t be said for the housekeeping staff. I had to ask for things twice and still didn’t get them. I had to change the room from the 7th floor to the 4th floor to get wifi reception and that didn’t help much. The front desk manager did let me borrow his wifi dongle. The shower drainage was clogged and there were no hooks to hang clothing behind the door. The breakfast was average at best but wait staff were awesome. If u need strong wifi signal then perhaps...

“Booked room and bathroom was dirty. We asked for upgrade room but staff was not able to give us and ask us to adjust and decline to refund our bookings and asked Expedia to request it . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you think this is 3 star. It’s ok for motel stay.”

“Nice hotel to stay”

“Old rooms. The shower controls didnt work great. Lizard on the wall”

“Nice room. Very quiet. Very clean ”

“its good may be they can check all the things are working in the room before give to the customer ”

“All ok as per the price rage all good.”

“Hotel was quiet, room was clean, no problem with check-in and check out, staff friendly and helpful. For this price, I paid 900rs, it's fairly good value and was fine. AC and clean and quiet so no issues - no breakfast or other frills but at this price what can be expected. ”
