“The property and views were wonderful and Mr. Luigi was fantastic. PLEASE do yourself a favor and enter the address into Google or Apple Maps and DO NOT rely on the map within the VRBO app. It is wrong. This Villa is up the hill in Perledo and not very accessible walking. We made due but it was certainly not where VRBO leads you to believe it is.”

“Maison très agréable avec beaucoup de confort et de petites attentions (snacks salés, sucrés, thé, café, produits d’hygiène). Intérieur comme extérieur propres et soignés. Piscine et jacuzzi très agréables. Nous étions avec notre chien qui a pu profiter du très grand parc clôturé. Des petites attentions pour lui aussi à l’arrivée, gamelle et friandise. Bravo et merci à Laura et son équipe pour ce très bel endroit! ”

“Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. ”

“Maria’s property was luxurious with a million dollar view. Waking up each morning to see the lake and mountains was just amazing. The house was comfortable and had all you needed. It is situated about a 15 minute walk to downtown Tremezzo where you can catch a ferry anywhere. Or you can walk around right there and visit the local beach (highly recommend) and botanical garden (also highly recommend). The pool was wonderful for our family to have especially because we came during a heat wave. ...
