Experience all Georgia has to offer in our newly renovated 4 Bedroom House in Valdosta. Great location, close to the freeway, and a quick 15-minute drive to Downtown and Valdosta Regional Airport. Our home is stocked with all the essentials you’ll need for your family or group!

Welcome to our charming single-level home in Valdosta, Georgia. This 2,146 sq. ft 4-Bedroom House offers many great features and amenities accommodating up to 10 people.

Poor Condition

We have used VRBO for several years when we travel. Rental of this house was for a Family Wedding. House was dirty and unclean upon arrival. Dead Flies throughout the house. Toiletries etc....were sparse. Outside Screened porch (which was used as a feature) was filthy. Furniture was worn and old. Outside yard was unkept.

Outdoor Space was Ideal

Everything was as described. We especially loved the porch and outdoor space. This was used a lot by the four teens. Porch was great for escaping in the morning to drink coffee in peace. The shared spaces, bedrooms, and bathrooms were great. The living room provided plenty of space for us to have an air mattress. The kitchen left some things to be desired with a dirty pan in the oven, leftover sauces in a bowl on the table with opened chili flakes, and coffee filters splayed in drawer leaving us uncertain to their usability/cleanliness.

Weekend Wedding

Great location and beautiful comfy place. Unfortunately, I’m not 100% sure that the place was thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. There was hair on the sheets/pillow cases and on the bathroom floor. Also, torn or bent up furniture, and lots of cracks in floor and walls. Other than that, which for the most part we cleaned, it was a great place to stay! That’s why we still gave it a great review!

Holiday weekend

Our stay was smooth and the place was great! Had all the extras for your stay :) The space was roomy and the screened in back porch was a bonus! Also a great location. We would stay here again while in Valdosta.

Pleasant

The home was very accommodating for my guests and I. The decor was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space to relax, socialize, and retreat to privacy when needed. Overall, the house was clean and well-kept with plenty of amenities that we are not used to having with other rentals. Jeff was a wonderful and very responsive host! We will definitely rent his home again as we also recommend it to others.

Winter Get Away

Property was spacious, neat, well-appointed and conveniently located to places to eat and shopping. Easy to get downtown. Nice neighborhood. We enjoyed the space and the property. It was a perfect fit for our visit. Host Jeff was VERY helpful and attentive to all questions. Good Experience.

A very spacious and comfortable stay

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place for my husband and I, our 3 month old and some friends. I am so glad we booked this house! It was so spacious and comfortable, and very tidy and clean. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Christmas break

Had a wonderful time in Valdosta in the home and at Wild Adventures. Host communication and home were excellent! All enjoyed playing games and visiting on back porch area as well as in living area. Perfect for kids and adults to mingle. Bedrooms, kitchen and area were clean and neat and more than adequate. We have season passes to Wild Adventures so likely to return. We ate at several restaurants that were great too! Thanks for family experience!

Lovely open floor plan home. Very clean. Tons of space. Comfortable beds. Nice furniture. Well stocked kitchen. Nice washer and dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Very prompt and considerate communication with Jeff, the property manager. Will definitely rent again since we go to Valdosta often.

Great Location / Beautiful Home

The house is close drive to Supermarkets, I-75, Liquor Stores and about 15 Min from military base. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like cooking (we did and it felt like home)! The beds were comfy, clean! Bathrooms were equipped with plenty Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash (it felt like Equinox or Disney resorts). Plenty of toilet paper. Everything was amazing about this property! We totally recommend it!
