“Overall very good, but was a shame not to have better wifi and air conditioning. Was a particularly hot time to stay there, so may normally be fine, but just worth knowing for warmer weather!”

“We wanted a restful 2 week holiday which is what we got. The kitchen equipment was simple to use, with Guernsey butter, guernsey gache and milk to get us settled. We had a mid stay clean and change of sheets and towels which was very nice. The number 11 bus stops right outside to go to town if a break is needed from the narrow roads, and it is inexpensive. A Morrisons is also round the corner. There was plenty to do for 2 weeks with coastal walks and pretty scenery, interesting museums and...

“Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable.”

“The bedrooms on the top floor did not have black out curtains as described on the site. They had vertical blinds that rattled all the time the windows were open making it hard to sleep and very light in the room. It was very hot during our stay - hence the need to keep windows open.”

“The hotel staff went out of their way to hep all guests with any hotel and external issues. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas both private and public. I have stayed here twice now and will be going back later this year, I would recommend this hotel without a second thought”
