“Owner double booked us and we had no where to stay, they also did not want to issue a refund. I have 3 kids under 6 and we arrived at 10pm with people in the apartment that freaked heavily of cigarettes. Location is not near universal city like it said, and apartments are sketchy as hell. I would never want to stay here or recommend it. ”

“This stay was even better than expected! A nice clean, bright space with many comforts of home. The host was very communicative and accommodating. Having Netflix, a coffee maker, comfy bed and towels with plenty of closet space and a desk was great. We were at a short distance to everything we wanted to visit in Burbank. Would definitely stay again, thank you! ”

“Awful! I had to leave due to the condition of the property. Misrepresented - Not “exceptional” not a “10” and not a premiere host. Be aware when no realreviews exist for a property. Dirty, uneven and broken flooring, bedroom door didn’t even close, no hot water in walk in shower. I tried to make this work but finalstraw was when water was shut off while using the other shower. Host refused to refund any part of my money. Worse experience ever!”

“The studio was very nice - clean, attractive, quiet and well-furnished. We had one question for the owner (how to turn on the TV!), who responded very quickly. Lots of nice treats provided, as well as suggested local restaurants, which we took advantage of. Street parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“A very nice 1-room cottage, perfect for one or 2 guests. It’s set back from the street, behind a private home. Secure digital door lock. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Mini-split is quiet and easy to adjust. Small but nice bathroom (sink & shower). Kitchen was clean and well-furnished - although there were no pots or pans for cooking on the 2-burner countertop induction stove (we didn’t need these, so didn’t ask for same). The fridge was clean and worked well. Joseph, the manager, stayed in touch...

“We were a group of nine relatives in town for a graduation. We want to stay near our son and found this property just a couple blocks away. The home is spacious, very tastefully designed and decorated, well equipped, and has great outdoor space. I highly recommend it. ”

“Had an amazing relaxing stay. Very cozy with all new beautiful amenities. It was just enough space for one person. The kitchen was really nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. It was very quiet and peaceful to sleep. The AC unit worked perfectly, kept the unit the right temperature. The only issue was sometimes the WiFi had a weak connection and the TV wouldn’t connect to the internet. Would defiantly stay there again. Owner is very sweet and nice in the main house. ”
