The accommodation
My family and I have decided to reserve a portion of our Villa for our guests. Inserted in a green and quiet residential area 2 steps from the center of Valenzano, a small medieval village on the outskirts of Bari, it is located in a strategic and ideal position both for visiting Bari and its attractions (just 5 km) and for reaching everyone. the most beautiful and renowned villages of our splendid Puglia (close to all the roads to the north and south of Bari). It is a splendid 130 sqm tavern, completely renovated, furnished with taste and refinement combining modernity and technology, in addition to the latest construction techniques, with a clearly retro vintage & industrial style and inspiration, it is equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay, both for a business trip and for a holiday that we will help to make unforgettable.
STRONG POINTS OF THE HOUSE ARE:

- Well served and connected to Bari by public transport: bus stop fse (railways of the South East) for Bari center and train station (average journey 20 min.) - KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped and all new. It includes everything you need for the preparation of excellent lunches and dinners (pots, pans, 4-burner gas stove, convection oven and microwave oven, hood, American fridge with freezer, sink, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, moka, etc., as well as plates, cutlery and glasses, cups for breakfast and so on. There is also a practical snack table for having breakfast or a quick snack. You don't have to worry about anything.
- BEDROOMS
the house has 2 double bedrooms including ceiling fans, bedside tables, lamps, double pillows, latest generation mattresses, duvets, coat hangers for 2 people, mirror and a useful worktop to work with your computer, or simply to support your things. One of the 2 bedrooms also has an ensuite bathroom. Electric blinds and shutters as well as latest generation fixtures with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation contribute to an optimal sleep quality.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds with relative hangers and drawers to store everything you need.
- BATHROOMS
As mentioned, a bathroom is located inside the first bedroom. Spacious and functional, it includes toilet and bidet, sink, mirror and a beautiful last-type shower cabin with hand shower, hydrojets and vertical jet plus a practical dispenser to provide hand soap, shower gel and shampoo of excellent quality for our guests. The second bathroom, even larger and more functional, has a suspended toilet and bidet, mirror with integrated LEDs, a beautiful Corian washbasin and a very spacious shower cabin with hydrojets, vertical jet and hand shower. Here too, as in the previous one, dispensers with hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and 2 hairdryers complete the rich equipment of these bathrooms.
- LIVING AREA
The heart of the house, bright and welcoming open space of considerable size (about 60 square meters), amazes with its very "New York" vintage and industrial furniture, its bright contrasting colors and the many retro decorative elements and pop art paintings on the walls. It includes 2 large and comfortable leather sofas (2 meters long), clothes hanger, a large 6-seater wooden and metal table, a well-stocked bookcase full of tourist books and brochures, a practical console for working to the computer LED lighting throughout the house.
- SOLARIUM TERRACE
Surrounded by greenery, it has a comfortable sofa, an umbrella and a comfortable wooden table with 6 chairs to enjoy an intimate candlelit dinner or a pleasant evening with friends. Illuminated by LED lights and steps, it is a comfortable space to spend the cool Apulian summer evenings with friends. There is also a washing machine, drying rack and a practical all-rounder sink.

- We supply top quality shower gel, shampoo and hand soap in practical dispensers.
- Warm house in winter (independent heating) and very cool in summer thanks to excellent positioning and insulating fixtures. It does not require air conditioners.
- We do not provide breakfast because we are not a B&B but we offer our guests a "surprise" Welcome pack that will amaze you.
- electricity, water and gas included in the price with the concern to practice ethical and solidarity energy saving.
As you can see it is an offer practically FULL OPTIONAL AND BEST FOR PRICE. Difficult to find better at this price considering the value, accessories and size of this property.
Guest access
Guests will have full and exclusive access to the basement floor of my home, to the small terrace and to the independent gate for the entire period they wish.
Interaction with guests
My son Fabio will personally welcome my Guests at their check in and will take care of their stay at our home.
Furthermore, living in the same property, he will always be at their disposal via watsup or telephone or airbnb mail for any help or information.
Other things to highlight
- Inside the house there is an accurate internal regulation which is required to be fully observed.
- In compliance with the legal obligations, upon arrival you will have to sign a tourist rental contract and provide the identification documents for each of the occupants in order to transmit them to the competent Authorities.
