Guests will access the entire apartment and property common areas.

Getting Around:

🚗 By Car: Driving is the best way to explore the region. Secure parking is available on-site.

⏱️ Drive Times: 10 mins to central Valle de Guadalupe wine routes, 25 mins to downtown Ensenada beaches, and ~1.5 hours from the Tijuana/San Diego border.

🚕 Rideshares & Taxis: Uber and local wine-tour drivers operate throughout the valley, but private vehicles or pre-arranged private drivers are highly recommended for effortless wine tasting tours.

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is at 3P local time. Checkout time is at 11:30 AM local time. We want to provide a delightful experience to our incoming guests, so we need your help vacating your unit on time. Please be advised any unauthorized checkout past 11:30 AM will have an additional cost.



Please be respectful of the home, as we like to keep it in good condition. No parties or events are allowed. The house rules here are very important. Parties, loud music or noise, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please be respectful of your noise level during quiet hours. Our neighbors live here full-time, and we work hard to maintain good relationships with them. Our home is equipped with NoiseAware, which measures sound levels and alerts us if things are too loud so we can give you a heads-up. NoiseAware does not record content; it only measures noise levels, so your privacy is 100% guaranteed.



To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

-You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

-You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and the condition of the booking.

-You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
