“We stayed in the Milan suite, and we found the room to be extremely spacious: huge room, beautiful bathroom with a large shower and a separate tub, a walk-in closet with robe and slippers, and an extra room for doing office work. The king-sized bed was super comfortable (like floating on a cloud), and we slept well. There was also a gas fireplace, but we didn't need to use it since the weather was so lovely. “The atmosphere the ambience when you walk drive up to it it’s beautiful, but my room had roaches. The drapes were kinda off the hinges. The pool was dirty. The Jacuzzi was dirty. I expected a lot more for a 4.9 so I will not go back there again.”

“The resort has a lot of activities to do on the Property so you really don't need to go far. A small intimate pool with plenty if lounges, a spa with a variety of options and specials, paint and sip, wine tasting, a restaurant and beautiful grounds to just walk through. The room service is useful to enjoy your patio especially with a mini fridge in the room. Also, the stores and other amenities are 10 minutes away. A getaway spot in the middle of a city.”

“Room was clean but didn’t have shampoo. Service was great. Staff is nice, polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Good selection and the coffee was hot. Plenty of parking area. Only problem we encountered was sometimes the key wouldn’t work right open the door. Had to put ice on the eye wipe it dry, then it would work.”

“I’ve never stated in a motel that offers absolutely nothing in the room. One bar of soap was it, no shampoo, not even a hair dryer. The tub had hair in it, the shower sprayed all over the ceiling and walls. Could not wait to get out of that place. Complete rip off, if they charged $60 a night it would still be a rip off.”

“Room was ok… until i pulled out the pull out bed and found little kid toys, mirror by door entrance had dried up food stained on it! I paid through Expedia and then was charged by the hotel it self so now I’m waiting for that refund! Maybe if the girl wasn’t busy on her phone i would have never been charged twice!”

“Overall experience is okay!
My only concern was the toilet.
It is old and clogged. Imagine you’re with someone and you pooped and they want to use it after you. It was an ewww experience.
That was the only concern. The old toilet bowl!
Replace it with newer bathroom fixtures with a bidet. Bidet nowadays is a must.”
