“The hotel itself is decently clean. However, in my entire stay no one ever clean my room. I call the front desk and they were less than helpful. They recommended that the earliest they can clean my room is the day I left. I will never ever stay in this place again. If you plan to stay in this hotel, make sure you can handle a dirty room for your entire stay, no clean towels after you use them, no replacement for your coffee or water. “We were initially disappointed our room was not ready at check in time after a long day of travel, but the manager, Lance, quickly rectified that! The rooms were so clean and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good. Easy walk to American Family Field. We would definitely stay again!”

“The major benefit of the property was its location to all of the major points of interest and the close proximity to the fiserv. The things I did not care for were the noise level inside the room during the night time, the hidden fees and few other minor details. Overall I would recommend staying at a more reasonably priced place and paying extra for a ride downtown. Staff was helpful however.”
