Appartamenti a Valle del fiume Saskatchewan Nord

“This is a DULPEX not a house. We didn’t find out until host mentioned it in the check-in message and then we had to book another property that was actually a house last minute. The host has refused to refund cleaning and pet fees even though we never stayed at the property, so they just pocket these fees even though the cleaning services are not required. Would not recommend Pear Properties to anyone.”

“Getting buzzed in through the front door was easy, but getting buzzed through the second door proved a challenge. Not sure if I was buzzed in by the owner or if it was just someone else walking past that let me through”

“Description is perfect. 1/2 hour walk to u of a”

“A perfect place for a couples stay! The location is perfect to enjoyed DT Edmonton and lots of good food within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in and check out was smooth and the owner is super friendly and replies within an hour if you have any questions or needed anything at all. Will definitely book with Gerardo again!”

“Clean modern little suite in a beautiful neighbourhood. Good location for quick drives to Southgate and Whyte Ave. Loved the handy ensuite laundry.”

“The room was super clean and nice, and the hosts were super, super nice. They made my stay excellent. It is very close to the most vital parts of downtown, so the location is excellent. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent property in a great location. I got moved to a two bedroom instead of the one bedroom I booked so am reviewing the two, which looks very similar to the one bedroom in the pictures. The three star for property cleanliness is not due to the actual apartment but the building itself. It is a secure building but the carpets and the elevators are not very clean at all. The apartment was impeccably cleaned and really was a comfortable place to stay.I would stay there again.”

“I was in town working at the Citadel Theatre and this apartment was literally around the street. So, the location was perfect for what I needed. There isn't a ton of furniture, and the only blanket in the bedroom is very thin, so it's a tad bare bones and feels quite new. The host was always quick to respond, it was clean and the location is what truly makes it! Make sure to ask for a FOB to the building with check in. I was initially given just a code that ended up expiring, and I was locked...

“The apartment was moderately clean when we arrived. The pick up of the key and fob 2 km away was not convenient. Parking around back in the garage was a challenge at first but once we figure it out with its location and fob it was great to have a secure place to park for the stay. The location was great. Portable AC units were on and cooling the place when we arrived which was perfect for the very warm stay in July. There were several restaurants in walking distance and the building was secure.”

“Overall good experience. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed - great sleeps. Off street parking was nice. Hosts were quick to respond to issues. A bit of a stumble with internet connection. Manual in suite not accurate. Suite was missing face cloths in bathroom and washclothes for kitchen (easy fix). Coffee maker needed filters. Walk in shower was great for mobility challenged. Modern appliances.”
