“The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. ”

“A very comfortable king room....the amenities were the best we have had recently. The rm temp was easy to maintain as the window opened! The breakfast was the best! Even the coffee is worth mentioning....always hot and tasty.”

“When we went to check in the room they gave was never cleaned; however we were provided a new room. My assumption is that housekeeping just missed it. When we went to our new room it was fine however the shampoo bottles and conditioner bottles where previously used with hardly anything in it. There was only one towel for me and my husband. When we went to bed the sheets underneath were not clean. We end up leaving checking out at about 1am in the morning and went home. So much for a staycation...

“Had made reservation thro Expedia - called them to say 9 pm arrival , informed Me I had NO reservation !!! Gave them reservation # said had no record of it ..offered me a booking instead and I refused as felt I wasn’t paying for another room … Today my credit card had been charged !!! How can you. Charge for something that wasn’t booked?? ”

“Expected a solid sleep for early morning flight departure and the noise of late night guests talking and using the water kept me up all night, no sound proofing.”

“Our room was awful. The door didn't lock when it was shut and we were told it was the only available pet friendly room left so we had to trust that the front end clerk would make sure it was left alone. We had a large dog which put us at ease slightly, but we made sure to take everything valuable when we left. The clerk told us that all of the rooms go through a 'not shutting' period due to shifting etc. I have never heard of that in my life, but we were stuck. To top it off, the people beside...

“Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. For the price, it’s hard for me to have any complaints about my stay here. Would definitely come back.”

“It is an older building. So the room design is a bit weak. The toilet is very close to the door. Only one at a time to use that area. So if your 2 getting ready in the morning it have to be 1 at a time. As the sink toilet shower are all right area. Parking was ok. Staff fellow was fast to check if in. $125 cdn.
