“I have no problem spending 400+ on a nice room, but this was not. Room was not as website photos and information specified. The title said specifically (spa bathroom) which I still don’t know what that would be referring to, but for over $400 a night It was not worth it. Was a regular room and a tile shower. No shower and bathtub as photos and details specified. Also no AC in the room was very hot. Thankfully left balcony door open all night to get some air. Have had nicer hotel experiences at a...

“We stayed at the fairmont hotel Macdonald twice now and absolutely love it!! The staff are so friendly and helpful! Shoutout to Paul would went above and beyond to make our anniversary stay special including a personalized card, flowers and cake! The property is beautiful and although they are doing quite a few renovations and the one restaurant is closed, you would hardly know. One downside is the pool and hot tub close very early on Sunday nights (8pm). Would be nice if it was open later for...

“Overall the room was fairly clean, when we arrived the toilet was dirty also they don’t offer much toiletries just your basic bar of soap, lotion, shampoo & conditioner. Carpets were also stained in multiple spots and the bed is quite hard. If you want a basic stay for 1-2 days it isn’t bad but wouldn’t recommend a longer stay than that.”
