“The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! The first room we were allotted came with a broken window, damaged and scratched furniture, not a single lamp shade was able to maintain its proper position, plug ins (as few as they were) did not work, bathroom sink was discusting and there was hair in the shower curtain (didn’t know until the morning), phone didn’t even work to be able to call a bell person to assist us with our luggage as we planned to leave. “Our room did not have a microwave, but there was one available near the reception desk. The hotel does not have a pool. The toilet made a lot of noise and did not work properly. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good. However, the beds were noisy, and the air conditioning was loud enough to disturb sleep.”
