“There was a lot of lobby noise with 40 plus 4th and 5th graders running around. Unusual that they would be allowed to make so much commotion in the lobby both the evening we arrived the n the next morning when we left. Also attended an event and wanted to inquire about heels I accidentally left at event. The attendant was very unfriendly and unhelpful. I asked for the manager and he was great and was able to locate and return my heels.”
