“Check in was delayed by about an hour, because there was no key in the key box. Apparently some mistake had happened, so there had been no cleaning nor bed linen. A member of service appeared and locked us in and changed the bed linen. But all in all it was not the smooth and relaxing experience we had hoped for ”

To be honest, the spa facilities and the hotel itself are not bad at all however we have had a few issues over recent stays. Namely a billing issue between the hotel and Expedia itself which took an entire afternoon of our visit to resolve.
I would recommend that the newer side of the hotel is the nicer one for rooms.
The food is nice, the bar area is lovely. Half board is usually on offer for a stay, which includes a multi-course...

“The place is nice for a family holiday. I went there knowingly although I was on a business trip but had to book in the last minute and didn't have a lot of options.
A lot of activity going on, which is nice but noisy if you are not a parttaker.”

"Camera di giuste dimensioni con bel bagno e doccia (no bidet).
No ascensore e registrazione lunghissima su schermo computer esterno sotto il Sole con tastiera poco funzionante.
Però parcheggio riservato, camera tranquilla nonostante la finestra dia sulla strada Vaduz-Austria.
Molto comodo come base per escursioni.
Nella notte, trambusto al piano di sopra e dovuto uscire per far silenziare le persone sopra l'hotel."

Unica pecca il lavandino della camera, davvero troppo piccolo al punto da essere al limite dell'utilizzabile e l'assenza del frigobar in camera.
Probabilmente ciò è dovuto al fatto che ho alloggiato nella camera più economica.
Nota positiva, come già accennato, la colazione con presenza di prodotti anche per gli intolleranti al lattosio (come latte delattosato e bevande vegetali) e per celiaci (qualche merendina confezionata e una torta fatta da loro vegan e senza glutine).
In conclusione, un soggiorno piacevole e se avrò occasione tornerò, magari valutando meglio quale camera scelgo al momento della prenotazione."
