“All the staff were great. The spa facility is very impressive with great views from roof top pool and the Finnish sauna room. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room on arrival which was a lovely touch. We were skiing and the hotel is a long way up a steep hill to the gondola. There is a public bus or you can pay for ski lockers at the bottom of the gondola. “Posto incantevole dove potersi riposare e rigenerare. Hotel ottimo sia come posizione sia per la qualità dei servizi offerti. Personale alla reception gentilissimo e preparato. “L'albergo è nella zona pedonale, quindi centralissimo. I parcheggi della!struttura sono ad un centinaio di metri. La camera assegnataci era spaziosa con un ampio balcone con vista sulle montagne, il servizio di pulizia è veramente impeccabile (ti piegano pure le maglie che dimentichi sulla sedia).
