“This apartment was easy to find, conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay for some business that I had in town. The laundry room on the first floor was especially convenient. Check-in was great, and Gigi was an awesome hostess. I would definitely do it again.”

“The room was cute and the pictures at booking made the room look promising. However, we realized the remodel must have happen a few years ago as there was some maintenance issues the room is in need of in the small bathroom. The air conditioner almost cooled the room as the summer heat came in thru door that wasn’t sealed all the way. Our relatives stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment and that was lovely! ”

“I was born and raised in Fresno and moved to Utah 3 years ago. We own a business here still and have to come back frequently. I know this town and area like the back of my hand. It's centrally located, safe, very close to stores, restaurants and easy access to the freeway. Phil has done an amazing job with decor, comfort and cleanliness. It has everything you need. “Overall this was a great place to stay for a week. I really appreciated the cooking utensils so I could make meals throughout the week. It was very clean and a super cute place in general. Only things I noticed was that the oven door was loose and comes off pretty easily. Also the water from the shower tends to pool on the floor because of the guard is too short. Otherwise I have zero complaints and was very satisfied with my stay.”

“Great safe location, close to everything . Only issues- it smelled like cigarettes, kitchen could’ve been cleaner, and little counter space taken over by decor. Apartment was great for one person or a couple. Host was very communicative and accommodating to my late check in.”

“The place was filthy. cockroach’s. Bugs in fridge. Food particles left on counter and microwave. Bathroom sink not cleaned. No toilet paper, no bedding for pull-out couch, no hand towels, one rag and one dish towel. Glasses and cups were filthy from sitting in the open so long. Table could not be used because any weight causes it to tilt over. Bathroom has nowhere to put you toiletries. The owner responded quick, but they couldn’t get toilet paper right away so we had to buy some. Then we had to...

“The apartment is very clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Gigi was very responsive and kind. There were some pretty noisy neighbors one night but the property felt safe other than that. One downside was the slow Internet as we were trying to work remotely a couple of the days.”

"Fantastica posizione è davvero curata struttura . Se devo trovare un difetto annoto la difficoltà di accesso alle camere che nel nostro caso ci hanno costretto ad una rampa di scale con valigie di grosse dimensioni . Tutto il resto davvero fantastico"

"Ero un po’ spaventata da alcune recensioni ma devo dire che ci siamo trovati bene! Ottimo rapporto qualità\prezzo. Stanza e bagno puliti con tv, microonde e frigorifero. Prodotti da bagno essenziali. Molto apprezzato il pavimento senza la classica moquette! Nella stanza non è presente il phon ma si può andare a chiedere in reception. Colazione molto semplice con spremuta, caffè, latte con cereali o waffle che puoi prepararti da solo. Nei dintorni della struttura c’è un supermercato e vari fast food che si raggiungono tranquillamente a piedi"
