“Old structure ”

“L'hotel è bello ben curato e pulito. Il personale è gentile e cordiale tranne quelle del check in, le stanze sono belle e spaziose ma ho avuto due problemi molto spiacevoli. Il primo è che prenotando con Expedia e probabilmente per una sola notte mi hanno messo al 2° piano con finestra che ha una vista molto limitata...a due metri c'è un muro. L'hotel era mezzo vuoto quindi perché assegnarmi una stanza così? Avrei capito se fossi arrivato tardissimo nella notte e l'hotel era pieno ma io sono...

“This is a recently opened property and has a new hotel feel and smell. It is very nice. The lobby, breakfast and bar areas are fresh, clean and comfortable. “Nice, clean motel with decent size rooms The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well furnished The lady at the reception was not helpful. I did show her the room description that I booked on Expedia which was mountain side. Her reply " This is Expedia problem, not our". I could see from the parking that many mountain side rooms are available ! The motel is right on the 5 freeway. The noise is much less on the mountain side. Noise is the main issue with this motel.
