“My expectations were high because this is a relatively new hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby was clean and smelled pleasant. The room itself looked nice at first glance; however, cleanliness became a concern. The pillows had an unpleasant odor, one pillow had hair on it, and the top sheet had visible dirt on the right side of the bed. I appreciate that the front desk staff responded promptly and kindly replaced the pillowcases and bed sheets. Unfortunately, the odor...

“Brand new property, great shower pressure, hot water. Beds were not the best, bed frame was uneven and bed moved quite a bit.”

“L'hotel è bello ben curato e pulito. Il personale è gentile e cordiale tranne quelle del check in, le stanze sono belle e spaziose ma ho avuto due problemi molto spiacevoli. Il primo è che prenotando con Expedia e probabilmente per una sola notte mi hanno messo al 2° piano con finestra che ha una vista molto limitata...a due metri c'è un muro. L'hotel era mezzo vuoto quindi perché assegnarmi una stanza così? Avrei capito se fossi arrivato tardissimo nella notte e l'hotel era pieno ma io sono...
