“Pool was closed for half the stay, clothes left in bathroom from previous traveller, repairs needed in 2 of the bathrooms, and to top it off I had called ahead to ensure at least 1 room (cause 5 rooms were booked) had wheel chair accessibility and when we checked in there wasn't a room accessible, so part of our party had to move to a hotel across the street”

“Hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing every morning . No restaurant on site but there are restaurants close by. Large park with splash pad and playground for the kids across the street.Would highly recommend this hotel and definitely would stay here again”

“Really comfortable beds. Excellent location In North Bay. Great staff. Decent breakfast typical breakfast fare. Just had a little issue with the soap in the shower squirting into my eyeball. It was positioned at eyeball height, unfortunately, but otherwise it was an excellent stay.”
