“Staff was good to work with; dogs barking from other guests was very upsetting/disruptive; handicap shower in room splashed water everywhere bc curtain wasn’t long enough, created slipping hazard. When room temp was turned up about 68, water condensed on the entire floor overnight causing slipping hazard in entire room. I like no carpeting but the water condensation issue needs to be addressed. Only 1 overhead light in room near door so very dark in main part of room when curtains were...

“Room reeked of weed. Bed linens were dingy and dirty, bath linens were dingy and dirty, and the room was incredibly stuffy.”

“My friend immediately threw up upon walking in. You have to change your own bedsheets towels etc it smells like death and my bed had huge red stains NEVER AGAIN but I did get a full refund”

“Clean and located in a great area Literally walking distance everywhere and located directly in front of hainbridge stadium. We didnt have anyone come by amd replace towels or get trash. Not sure if we had to ask or what. They give towels when we asked. All staff on site was helpful and kind. Beds were not bad. The sofa pulled out It was a tad firm but not terrible. We parked im public parking garage next building over for half the price of valet.”

“The free breakfast was great! They are renovating the property but there were no major disruptions because of it. The room itself was very nice and they provided full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The front desk lady was super nice!”
