“The property is beautiful and they have great amenities but the staff at the Players Club and the restaurant were just plain rude. The grill staff hostess wouldn’t even come by to seat us. It was only 8 pm and they posted open until 10! They just would look then turn away. We left because no one would seat us. Then the girls at the cafe barely responded to questions. Food was premade so the sandwich was soggy and the bun tough yet wet. The guy working the players club was just sarcastic and...

“Absolutely. It was wonderful to swim and use a hot tub under the stars, relax in a sauna after a long day of hiking, then retreat to a well kept room with and overlook of cliffs and forests.”

“First and foremost, the hostess was great. Very helpful. We slept good and Comfortably. Secondly, we had a very very bad check in. We arrived late and the office was closed. There's an ON CALL # that was posted on the front door for LATE checkins. I repeatedly called the # and left voicemails. No answer. My son an I spent our first paid night in the truck. I wasn't able to be checked in until the next morning.”

“Host responded fast with any questions i had. Pools & jacuzzi was perfect. Yhere are a couple restaurants on site.. great food The lodge was close to purgatory which was nice. Only down fall was the bed wasnt as giving as i like it. It was big enough just not soft enough. But we had a blast on and off site.”
