“I had a four day stay and not once was my room cleaned by housekeeping. On the second day I asked front desk to make sure that housekeeping gathered all the trash, it was all neat piles for them to collect and to change the bed. Came back that evening and nothing was done, when I asked for some sort of compensation that front desk lady god bless her heart had offered to change my sheets. It wasn't her fault so we ended up having to change our own sheets ”

“The room was pristine and so well-decorated, personal, warm, relaxing. The staff cannot do enough for you. Be prepared for a knockout breakfast (we learned a secret to those airy scrambled eggs, a dollop of sour cream). The dining room is completely windowed so the farm is always visible. “Upon arriving, there was no one at the front desk for 10 minutes. When she arrived, I had to acknowledge her first which put me off considering no one was there. But, I let it slide. Then, I was told there were no King rooms available which I had booked (I was there at 3pm). I could sense they were running behind, which in this day I understand to an extent. We did get our room which was clean and ready, but there were no toiletries in the room and our “soap” was a shampoo bottle by the sink....
