“Comfortable bed in a quaint budget room with lavatory, but shower/toilet rooms down the hall. Good window A/C unit. Very quiet. My room was on the 3rd floor reached by fairly narrow and steep stairs, so be ready. Good free limited breakfast, free snacks at other times. Very helpful staff. Free parking in a small lot behind the hotel (no huge vehicles), plus overflow in a lot the next street over, and street parking just outside. Fast food options around the corner (only open to 9 PM), and...

“This place was exactly what we needed. We came for a baseball tournament. The staff was amazingly friendly to the whole team. The kids pretty much took over the whole hotel. The pool was great, the location was right off the highway and close to restaurants. For the price this is unbeatable. If you’re coming for any kind of a baseball tournament, you don’t want to spend a boatload of money. This is your spot. They roll out of grill for us and we grilled in the parking lot for two days straight....

“Very dirty hotel. The carpet on the floor hadn’t been properly hoovered before our check in and there was dirt / dust / stains all over chairs and other surfaces.
The room unfortunately smelt of smoke (even if it’s not allowed to smoke there apparently) and the sink in the toilet was missing the knobs.
Overall a terrible hotel.
The only ok thing was the bed. Not uncomfortable and decent bedding.
Also - the personnel at check in was very nice and helpful :) ”

“Breakfast was from 7 to 9:30. At 8 am there was hardly anything left.
You do pay extra for dogs which is fine but the rooms should be just as nice as the other rooms. Bathroom was extremely small. Hotel is extremely dated. Carpet in the hallway was filthy.”

“Personale al check-in per nulla disponibile e burbero, la camera lascia molto a desiderare, letto matrimoniale ma di misura una piazza e mezzo, le luci sui comodini una non faceva, il frigo solo luce accesa ma non raffreddava, nel letto tirare giù le coperte, sembrava ci avesse già dormito qualcuno da quanto era disfatto. Nel bagno mancavano bagnoschiuma e cuffia per doccia. ”

Cons - loud gatherings outside at 6a even with the noise restriction from 10p-8a.
- to go up to our room you had to walk by a group on the first floor and their cloud of cigarette smoke.
- could be a little cleaner (dusty lights by bed, not clean under bed)
- yes, there is train noise (shakes the to at times) but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the location.
I wouldn’t stay there again.”
