“The property is well maintained, clean and has a good location. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfy.”

“The big problem was air conditioning. On Expedia it says all rooms have A/C and the reality is none of them do. Bottom rooms get a small fan and top rooms have this swamp cooler. The rooms face west and get really hot in late afternoon. We were there during a really hot period and we couldn't even breath in our ground room. They moved us upstairs but even that took 2 days for the cooler to get the room cool. If you book during the summer be ready for a hot uncomfortable room. On the plus side...

“Ho soggiornato qui il 14.08.15. Comodissimo per la vicinanza al Kootenay N.P. La camera era spaziosa,con macchina per caffè e frigorifero e tv. Il bagno grande e pulito. La colazione fatta in casa e ricchissima:omelette,salsiccia e fagioli,torta di mele,uova sode,yogurt,frutta fresca,pancakes,pane tostato,caffè,thè e cioccolata.L'unico appunto è aver trovato capelli nel letto ovviamente non miei,ma è una costante in diversi alberghi in cui sono stata.Comunque lo consiglio vivamente anche se è un...

“Very interesting property. Room was ok but needs a deep cleaning and updating. We only stayed one night on our way to Banff. Strange group of people outside on the property grilling and drinking. Think it was staff or owner very strange. The breakfast they offer free wasn’t anything good and they didn’t even get our order correct. Slow too …not too many choices in this town to stay.”

“The property overall is fine. The issue is that on the day you are checking out, they shut off your Wi-Fi and access to the gym, before the standard 11:00 am check out time. Not acceptable.”

“Stayed here several times before, but this time we went to make our meal, had 1 plate, 1 knife, 1fork. Staff did bring extra when contacted. Husband came out of bathroom with barefeet and kitchen floor was sticky. We cleaned ourselves. Staff said manager will contact us, never seen from manager before leaving property. “The check-in gal was quite a Karen, we arrived 20 min early...she told me we had to wait to go to our room which was fine but why not get us checked in. She clearly looked down on me. The line was huge 20 min later...I was at the front thankfully but felt bad for the ones at the back. The Indian guy checked me in and took a phone call in the middle of it...rude! The town was fabulous”

“Room was reasonable clean. There wasn’t much room for parking. I’m not sure there was even housekeeping as our room wasn’t touched the whole time we were there. It’s close enough to walk to come nice restaurants and plenty of stores around as well.”
