“Outdoor pool and hot tub were great. In-house restaurant could have a little more knowledge about dietary restrictions and options.”

“Fairmont Hot Springs is our family’s go-to getaway place. My boys love the hot and cold outdoor pools. We’d spend all our time at the resort. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room with kitchenette is roomy for a family of four. Pool-facing rooms are really convenient to get to the outdoor pools. The reason I took away one star is that I really wish they would invest on their beds - they are too soft and not supportive for two sleepers with sagging on the sides. ”

“We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here. ”

“Pleasant service, there is a sauna and jacuzzi on the territory, this is a big plus for relaxation, also a very comfortable bed and cool pillows”

“We had a great little stay at the Lido Motel. This is an older facility; however, the owners have made it a cozy, relaxing spot for overnight stays. It was perfect for what we needed! The staff were very understanding, helping me out when I realized that I had inadvertently double-booked myself. Would highly recommend this little gem.”
