We just love our stays at the Resort. We can go to the big pool or the hotel pool. There is a nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as a brew pub for the times in between. The location is perfect for a day trip to Banff and Lake Louise

Room had a broken toilet so we needed to pack up and move to another room. The new room had a fireplace that didn't work, lights that didn't work and one of two t.v. sets that didn't work. Overall our experience was good. We did have to wait an extra hour past our check in time as the cleaner wasn’t finished, which seemed a bit unprofessional. The house was decent but could benefit from some nonstick cookware, or a bit better quality pots and pans.
