The first room we were given had three inched of murky water in the sink (backed up), mouse crap in the tub and it didn't look like the towels were all replaced with clean ones. The second room had black mold on the ceiling, rust on several fittings and areas of the floor had not been cleaned in some time, judging by the ridges of dirt.”

“We stayed one night, were put on third floor and then advised the elevators were out of service, with no option to change floors. Informed on arrival that the hotel restaurant was closed and not available. Got into our room and tried to use sink and shower-brown water poured out. Took video and spoke with front desk staff who advised worked had been done and to just run the tap for a while. We had to go purchase bottled water for drinking and brushing teeth as there was no assurance that water...

“We really liked the Modern Olive restaurant in this hotel - excellent food and service. Pool and waterlside are in a bright natural lit large room. We liked our one bedroom suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms, it was comfortable, clean quiet. ”
