“Breakfast decidedly ordinary and lift not working in building expecting us to carry bags to third floor. I liked the attached pub however so not all bad. They also had a wine store which I found unusual…good unusual. A pool with hot tub in the middle of the atrium was also a good feature.”

“The hotel was beautiful. The best breakfast I’ve had a hotel that was included with the room. The room was excellent. Cozy bed and pillows. Loved the indoor pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. My girls really enjoyed the hot chocolate and free cookies in the lobby. Thank you. We will be back. ”

“Sweet resort with beautiful views but prepare to have to go into town / eat in your room and not eat at the hotel with your young children. I have a 2 year old and didn't realize there wasn't a kid friendly restaurant there.. one is in the casino and the lounge has entrees for $40 each and very limited options. Otherwise the room was nice and clean!”

“Piccola ma bella camera, purtroppo senza frigo o microonde. Bagno pulitissimo. A 10 minuti a piedi dalle Hot Spring pools se non volete prendere la macchina. Buona la colazione. ”

“We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here. ”

“Kitchen lacked bowls for salad and fry pan was badly warped. Toilet had black lines under rim. Toilet paper rough and unabsorbant. King bed was fabulous!!”
