A piece of history awaits you in this area icon. The Hilltop Dome features design elements tributing the 70s era and astounding mountain & lake views. Enjoy slow mornings taking in the Purcell mountain range on your balcony, or strolling down to Lake Windermere. Your stay includes access to the private Baltac beach area, for summer's sand and winter's skating adventures. Take in the stars above from around the lovely outdoor fire pit. This true architectural gem is where core memories are made.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): Queen bed, closet, ceiling fan and portable fan

Bedroom #2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, toddler bed, closet, and a portable fan

Bedroom #3 (Downstairs): Twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a portable fan


BATHROOM
Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom (Upstairs): Full bath with a shower/tub combo


KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

Included Supplies:
- Full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals
- Serving utensils
- BBQ tongs
- Complete set of knives
- Coffee maker (Drip, Keurig & French Press)
- Blender
- Mixer
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and a toaster.
- Please note this unit does not have a dishwasher.

Included Consumables:
- Coffee, tea and sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Ketchup, mustard, and relish
- Paper towel.


BACKYARD/PATIO/BALCONY
This home features a ground-level patio with plenty of outdoor seating options and a BBQ. There's also a balcony above with additional seating. The backyard features a stunning fire pit area with expansive mountain & lake views, and plenty of space for kids to roam. Please note that the yard is not fenced.


PARKING
You will have access to the private driveway with space for up to 3 small vehicles, or 2 large.


BACKYARD SHED/LOCKED AREAS
Please note that the shed in the backyard is not included in the rental. There is also a dedicated locked cubby in the house that is inaccessible to guests.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.

Nestled between the famed Rocky and Purcell Mountain ranges, this small town is the perfect vacation destination for any time of year on stunning Lake Windemere. The summers here offer endless water sports options, hiking, and exciting mountain adventures. In contrast, the winter provides every kind of winter sport you could imagine, from skiing to boarding and even heliskiing. There’s also a diverse and delicious array of restaurants, spas, and other attractions to satisfy any traveller.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to

● Incredible golfing amongst the mountains: If golfing is your game or even if you think you’d like to try your hand at swinging the clubs, there’s truly no better place than Invermere. When you stay with us, you’ll be close to some of Canada’s most renowned courses, such as Copper Point Golf Club, Eagle Ranch Resort and famed Grey Wolf Golf Club, all within a short driving distance.

● Baltac Beach (3-min drive/15 min walk): Plan a beach day at this beautiful outdoor space, where you can swim, paddle or boat surrounded by the mountains. Plenty of parking is available.

● The Farmer’s Market (10 min drive): Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at the Invermere Farmer’s Market.

● Radium Hot Springs (20 min drive): In less than 20 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs. Here you can plan to head over with the family and experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

● The Whiteway (6-12 min drive): If you’re visiting during the winter, do not miss out on experiencing The Whiteway - a 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Windermere Beach and Kinsmen Beach.


To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Please respect the neighbours and the quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Guests must confirm current fire bans prior to using the fire pit. Any tickets issued for fires during a fire ban will be billed directly to the main renter on file for the respective date(s).
