“Staff was great. Property needs some love ..a lot of rusted stuff around. There was a light smell of piss in the area where you first walk in. If they just invested some money and remodeled this would be an excellent Marriott property. Definitely bottom tier property for me but so grateful to be able to stay here last minute after I was booted out of my residence inn confirmed property two days before I arrived.”

“When we entered our room, the air was damp and we realized the carpet was wet. When I called the front desk, they said it had been shampooed that day. Unfortunately, they did not turn on any fans or the a/c system to run the fan, so the moisture had accumulated in the air in the room until it felt damp like a high humidity day. The bedding felt damp as did our clothes the following morning. They said they could not move us because they were full, and they did not register our complaint.”

“The suite was terrible. It was crowded, the carpet seemed dirty. The sofa bed mattress was old and stained. The blanket given was stuck together with something blue. The queen bed had a lumpy mattress which hurt my back. Hot water smelled like sulphur. There was mold on the floor near the tub. I’ve stayed here before in different kind of room and it was lovely. This room was unsatisfactory.
The staff here is so pleasant. What a shame that this room was not up to standard.”
