“It was a disaster. After driving for 14 hours we finally got to the hotel and checked in. When we got to our room we found the door open and the bed piled high with dirty sheets and pillowcases. Housekeeping left for the day without cleaning the room. The hotel had no other room to give us so we had to find another hotel that took dogs at 7pm in the evening. We are not happy. We made our reservation 3 weeks prior to the trip and we ended up without a room. Thank goodness for Wyndham. They took...
