“First room had dog hair all over the carpet, smelled STRONGLY of mold, and had mouse poop in the couch. Furniture looked like it was disintegrating at the bottom and edges. Was switched rooms. New room was in similar disrepair, stains everywhere, one drawer was stuck open. I put the drawer back on its tracks and found a pile of mold beneath the drawer when fixing it. “The property is old. The bed and flooring were good. The fold over lock did not work and had been repaired poorly. The bathroom shower was cracked in 2 places. Paint splatter all over. Some bugs in bathroom area. Front curtains would not close , exposing the inside beds. I had to us clips for privacy.”

“Clean room, friendly staff, it's what'l I expected from what I paid. Bed is extremely firm. Everything properly function. Whenever I took a shower, took a long time to drain. It drained eventually. I give the place a 7 out of 10 based on price point, location, and friendly staff.”
