Guest house a Varanasi

“The staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel is very close to the river. The only drawback is that you have to walk some distance (10 minutes) with your bags to get to the hotel as cars or tuk tuks are unable to get close. Close to all the shops too. Great place for backpackers. Bring your own padlock.”

“Clean property. Very helpful staff.”

“La stanza era impeccabile. Il personale gentilissimo. Posizione impagabile con vista sui Ghat, Um Po rumorosa all’esterno ma questi sono i ghat di Varanasi.”

“Things were good..”

“I recently stayed here, and it was honestly such a lovely experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Dashashwamedh Ghat, which made everything so convenient. The place is very clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, especially considering the nominal price. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of Ajit Yadav, who took care of everything and made us feel completely at home. We genuinely loved staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting...

“I will divide my review into Pros and Cons: Pros: 1. The guesthouse rooftop has good view of the ghat. The roof top restaurant also has good ambience and view. 2. The food at the rooftop restaurant is made fresh and is good. 3. The guesthouse is right on the ghat so easy access if you want to take a dip in the Ganga. Cons: 1. The stairs to rooms are extremly steep and not well designed. If you have elderly people in your family or with knee problems then you will have a lot of problems...

“I went on a solo trip to Banaras and booked my stay at Gangotri. The hospitality truly surprised me. The owner and staff are very kind, helpful, and welcoming. I was really impressed with the facilities. The room was clean and hygiene was well maintained, which made me feel comfortable and safe as a solo traveler. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras — it’s totally worth it!”

“Ottima location ,proprietario disponibile a risolvere ogni nostro problema ,cibo squisito,l'hotel dista solo 10mn a piedi da assi ghat ,la stradina e' un po' buia ma sicura”

“The property is in the very narrowed lane of "Bangali Tola", which is a very dirty & congested area & you have to reach there walking long, asking here & there for the exact building but after reaching, your all anxiety will be relieved with the smiling appearance of 'Dilip', the boy who is always at your service to make your stay happy. This is actually a very ordinary staying destination for mediocre people, who plans to stay in Varanasi at low cost. The owner of the Guest House is Mr. Pradip...
