Il pregio numero 1 è il parcheggio: ingresso a due corsie, posti auto larghi e numerosi, distribuiti su due piani e spazio per fare le manovre; Camera grande (una sedia, una poltrona, un tavolo, pulita, con diverse prese elettriche, materasso buono; l’aria condizionata ok, la vista su Varna dal 10' piano è bella, presente una sedia a dondolo per l'osservazione.
