“With the Gravity Haus being located close to the Winter Park ski mountain, we were extremely disappointed to find out that both HOT TUBS were inoperable during our stay, the bathroom overhead light fixture was unsafe to use since it appeared to be shorting out (flickering like a strobe light), and the property didn't have a SECURED luggage area for our luggage (with being told that check in wasn't until 4pm) and didn't have a vehicle to store it in since we rode the ski-train up from Denver,...

“Greeted with an outstanding host at check in. Don’t remember name. Breakfast provided was good each morning. All in all a great experience!”

“Address was wrong in hotel app. Way too icy on driveway and front door. Very dangerous to get to unit. We took lift bus and the driveway was full of ice as well as the 10 feet to get to unit. Fix address on hotels app”

“Rooms were clean and beds were super comfortable. If traveling with kids I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. They do not offer early check in or late check out which is unfortunate. Breakfast was great the staff in there were friendly. Front desk staff were not overly friendly. ”

“Spacious layout, perfect for a snowcation. Plenty of amenities, we never wanted/needed anything. Balcony view of the skate rink was nice. The shower size, and water pressure, and heat was EXCELLENT. Walking distance to our rental place, and about a 7 to 10 minute walk to the Gondola. ”

“This condo had been updated and interior was very nice with view of river run gondola and slopes. . Needs a new shower head as the way the stream breaks up makes the water slight warmer than lukewarm. Tv in bedroom would freeze, not sure if it was dish issue ir tv issue. Ski locker room was great with plenty of room. Steam room in garden floor was not working during our stay which. Was a bummer, and there were no pool/hot tub towels on Sunday. Be patient for elevators bc they are slow. ”
